- Oat flakes - 50 g
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Butter - 10 g
- Cream - 30 ml
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup with oat flakes
Cereal boil until tender. Drain the broth, and the resulting porridge grind in a blender to puree state.
Wash, peel and cut into small cubes potatoes and carrots, put into the broth, cook for 10 minutes.
Then add in the pureed soup flakes, stir and cook for another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper the dish to taste. Add cream and butter, bring the soup to a boil. And pour into bowls.
