Easy green salad for a snack with mouth-watering, delicious oatmeal cheese sticks, deep fried. The ingredients for the salad can be corrected at their discretion.

- Oat flakes - 75 g
- Flour - 75 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Butter - 75 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp.
- Spinach - 1 Puig.
- Lettuce - 1 Puig.
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Cherry tomatoes - 10-12 PCs
- Pepper - 1/2 PCs
- Sesame - 1-2 tbsp
- Cucumber - 1-2 PCs
- Vegetable oil
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Vitamin salad with oat sticks
In a bowl mix oatmeal, flour, salt and pepper. Cheese RUB on a grater.
Add the butter, cut into cubes, and grind all together. Pour in milk, add grated cheese.
Knead the dough and roll out in rectangular layer of width 10 cm, thickness of about 1 cm Cut into sticks.
Pour vegetable oil into a small bucket. Heat. Fry in deep fat (oil) oat sticks until Golden brown (oil should be enough so that the sticks completely disappeared during frying).
Prepare the ingredients for the salad. Cabbage and arugula torn by hand into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley, cucumbers. The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters, the leek and the pepper rings. I used small spinach leaves, so I left them intact.
