But two days in a row to cook the same dishes I'm not interested and I decided to experiment a bit. Home NG remained of the candy among them were 150 gr. steadfast toffee Zolotoy Klyuchik. So I experimented... get the donuts with a light caramel smell and taste, but it is better for such the amount of ingredients to take toffee more, for a richer caramel flavour.
Ingredients for Caramel donuts
- Toffee - 150 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Milk - 500 ml
- Yeast - 10 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- Flour - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Caramel donuts

In a saucepan pour 100 ml. of water and put butterscotch. On low heat with constant stirring to melt the toffee until completely dissolved. Leave to cool to room temperature.

In 50 ml. of warm water add 1 teaspoon of sugar and dissolve yeast. To give up.

Beat eggs with milk. Pour the caramel and stir. In the flour pour in the beaten egg and caramel mixture.

Add water with yeast, salt, sugar and knead a soft dough. The dough should be elastic, but not cool!

Put the dough in a warm place for about 1 hour (should increase about 2 times). Then press down and to give again to come.

Roll the dough into a formation about 0.5 cm and a glass cut out circles.
