Ingredients for Meat tasu
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 4-5 tooth.
- Pork - 900 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp
- Sake - 2-3 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat tasu
Heat the oil in a large and deep frying pan and quickly fry the meat on both sides until Golden brown.
Pour the meat with boiling water so that it covers it completely. Bring to boil, removing the noise.
Then add the ginger and garlic,
... onion, sugar, vodka and soy sauce. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45-50 min.
Ready to leave meat in the sauce before serving.
Place on a dish or in a container if you take it camping.
Serve with vegetables and baked potatoes.
