Another recipe of this test and the classic method of forming patties from it.

- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 3-3,5 stack.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Phyllo dough and glassware
In a Cup break the egg, salt, sugar, vinegar, a big spoonful of vegetable oil. Mix everything together and add warm water to get 270-300 ml of liquid, add the flour and knead a soft dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.
To divide into pieces, brush them with vegetable oil and again to rest. Taking a piece of dough, roll it.
The resulting circle divided into two. Grease melted butter one half and fold it in half in length, and again to coat with oil.
