Cheesecake with blueberries

A variation on the cheesecake. Dessert is simple, easy and very pleasant.
Ingredients for Cheesecake with blueberries
- Mascarpone - 200 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Blueberries - 15 PCs
- Cookies - 100 g
- Butter - 40 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheesecake with blueberries
Make the dough: combine the mascarpone, sour cream, eggs and sugar.
Whisk everything until smooth.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
I used a cake pan, because during baking the dough has doubled in size.
Add the blueberries and bake for 30 minutes.
Cookies grind into a fine crumb.
Mix butter and cookies.
Remove the dough from the oven. It will be a little wobble.
Pour on top of biscuits with butter,
return to the oven for another 7-10 minutes.
When cookie is Golden brown, remove.
Leave to cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Then transfer the cake on a plate and leave in refrigerator for 1 hour.
The cooled cake cut into portions!
Garnish with blueberries and serve!
