- Flounder - 2.5 kg
- Coconut milk - 1 ban.
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Seasoning - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Flounder in coconut milk with mushrooms
Divide the fish into portions, salt, pepper, add spices for fish. Pour a can of coconut milk and leave for a couple of hours.
Onions finely chop.
Rinse the mushrooms from the liquid in which they are located. If you have fresh mushrooms, then this is certainly the best option.
Olive or vegetable oil to fry onions with mushrooms.
Pour into the pan of cream and egg yolk, cover with a lid and on small fire boil down until thick sauce.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Fish roll in flour and fry on all sides until cooked.
