Tender pieces of veal, baked in the oven

Mix the mustard, honey, butter and RUB these pieces of veal. The meat is fried from all sides for 4-6 minutes, not forgetting to pepper and salt . Put the veal in a baking dish, add the onions and butter, sprinkle with herbs and place into a preheated oven to 200*C for 40 minutes. 10 minutes before readiness sprinkle the meat with water.
