Step 1

Sift the flour twice with baking powder, salt and set aside. Pour the milk and butter in a saucepan and heat until the butter is completely melted. This is our training.

Beat the eggs in a mixer for about a minute on medium-high speed.

Add sugar in parts and beat until the mixture will increase in three times (about 10 minutes depending on the capacity of the mixer, it took me less time).

Add flour, stir quickly.

Heat milk with butter again before it reaches a boil, pour in the batter (I poured 2 times) and mix.

Pour into pie shell and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes. (form 22 cm diameter) I baked it in a slow cooker.


Step 7

Ready cake cool on a wire rack. The cream can be any, though without cream, dusted with powdered sugar - very tasty!
