Soup "Time for love". Another favorite quick recipe... the cooking only takes You 20 minutes and a delicious, hearty dinner or lunch ready. Some ground meat, beans, tomatoes - all together combine to be sent to the fire... the Food is ready, your favorite well fed.. there Are moments when I want to fiddle with complicated gourmet dishes, but sometimes it's better to leave time for love. Depending on Your desires, you can make the dish a hearty soup or a thick sauce.

Step 1

All that is needed.

Step 2

Onions chop, fry in small amount of oil on a hot pan

Add the beef, mix well.

Step 4

From tomatoes to remove the skins and lightly mash them with a fork - I love it when there are pieces of tomatoes and tomato is not uniform.. otherwise it will be another dish.

To the mince add tomatoes and juice,

Season with salt, pepper.
You can add any favorite spices.
I will add 1 tsp of sugar or 1/5 teaspoon of honey :).. so the taste will be more in summer and bright..
If You like a more thick consistency - add 1-2 tbsp of tomato paste.
