Gently remove the skin from the legs, separate the meat from the bone, pickle onions and soy sauce for 5 minutes. Fry the onion and carrots in the pan. Slightly fry the meat. Mix all in a bowl, season to taste with seasonings. The skin is sewn up one end and stuff. Preparing filling. Put bake in the oven for 40-50 min at 180-200*C.
