Puff trifle with fresh strawberries

Trifle is a very popular classic English dessert. It is traditionally prepared for Christmas. It is believed that tripl is the primary basis for this famous Italian dessert like tiramisu. I have prepared for our young, for a romantic afternoon tea=))

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Puff trifle with fresh strawberries


Step 1

Put biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin, leaving small pieces. I shredded pieces of the remains of a dry chocolate sponge cake.


Step 2

In a bowl, whisk ricotta with grated orange peel and 50 grams of cane sugar. Separately, whip the cream and enter in the cheese mass.


Step 3

In a blender, mix a quarter of the strawberries, 3 tablespoons orange juice and remaining brown sugar until smooth. Place it into a bowl and gently combine with remaining berries.


Step 4

Lay three quarters of biscuit crumbs 2 transparent glasses


Step 5

Then put half the berries, then cottage cheese mixture, remaining crumbs(I used rice) and top with berries. Sprinkle with powder and serve.
