Beat with a mixer the eggs with the salt until frothy.
Add milk and again whisk.
Take 2 packets for baking ( I sometimes just take plastic bags), pour egg mixture. The packet is then tied, leaving little space.
Drop it into boiling water and covering with a lid, on medium heat cook for 30 minutes.
30 minutes later the scrambled eggs get wrenched out of the bag (it does not stick to the walls) on a plate, cut and eat. Very tasty!
