Clafoutis (Clafoutis cerises) is a traditional French dessert with berries or slices of fruit, a cross between a casserole and a pie. Bon appetit!

Spread cherries on the bottom of the mold, previously greased with butter. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar and sprinkle with liqueur (optional).
Mix the flour with salt, sugar, vanilla.
Eggs are injected one by one, each time stirring the dough.
Pour milk in a thin stream and stir.
Test evenly pour the cherry.
Bake 40 min at 180C.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
