Duck fillet wash, cut into small pieces.
Currants, onion, garlic, salt and seasoning, grind in a blender.
Mix duck with marinade and leave for 3-4 hours.
Our duck strung on skewers and bake it in the oven (max) for 15 minutes, Turn the skewers and another 5 min.
