The gentle roll of thin pita bread for tea

Cucumber, tomato and finely chop the greens.
Onion cut into thin half-rings.
Vegetables mix (no fill).
Sausage cut into small cubes.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Proceed to the Assembly roll: the plastic wrap to lay the lavash, grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Spread a layer of cheese.
Put another pita bread, smeared with mayonnaise.
Next, spread the sausage, mixing the smoked and cooked.
Then again pita bread, smeared with mayonnaise, and top the salad.
Tightly roll up the lavash bread with the filling in the roll.
Wrap in plastic wrap and let stand 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.
