The recipe is very simple. We need big pieces of the knuckle (or other smoked meat), potatoes, onions, pickles.
The knuckle plates.
The potato slices.
In a pan with high sides or in a pan for baking, pour on the bottom a little (literally, grease) with olive oil and put onion rings.
On top put a layer of potatoes (half).
Potatoes should be laid with the knuckle.
The knuckle spread the cucumbers.
The top has a layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, put all this beauty in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.
