This ice cream from my childhood, a real chocolate sundae taste. Recipe made up myself analyzing a number of recipes for ice cream and buy on the market of real home cream. Preparing this ice cream in the freezer quickly, I did it in 12 minutes. Gentle, uniform and very tasty! And this is my 50th recipe!

Butter, sugar and cocoa to melt on low heat.
To the flour add some milk and stir to avoid lumps. The rest of the milk pour in the chocolate mixture and continue to heat,
To the heated mixture to pour and quickly beat in an egg. Pour the milk with the flour and quickly whisk to interfere.
Take the cream, because they are my village and very thick, then I do not stir it, because the fear they will get in the oil.
Pour into the cream chocolate mixture and mix with a whisk. Then put the bowl in a refrigerator and cooled to T 10 degrees and below.
Shift chilled mixture into ice cream maker and turn on the device for 25 minutes.
