Another option popular dishes in a hurry - a gentle, non-greasy, with a pleasant acidity. Our daughter does not like cheese, but this dessert eats with gusto. Loved him and grandparents: you can eat your fill without fear of cholesterol. For them I prepared a dessert of low-fat cottage cheese. The finished concentrate jelly, of course, is not the most useful product. But kids often refuse desserts with natural fruits and berries, because I don't like coming across pieces there. And our dessert turns out perfectly uniform and smooth.

Step 1

Take the package of jelly, for 400 g of the finished product.
At my house it was strawberry, fit and any other.

For our recipe we must dissolve jello as directed on the package. This amount of gelatin will not dissolve in boiling water without pre-soaking (see below).


Step 2

Pour the contents of the package is not hot, boiled water in an amount of 80-100 ml and let stand for 10-15 minutes Then heat, without boiling, and carefully stir to dissolve all the grains.
If you have a sweet tooth, when heated, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. If you like a nice fruity acidity - enough that sugar contained in jelly.

Choose a liquid or creamy cheese, sour in taste and uniform in texture (creamy). The fat content is at your discretion. I had 4%.
