I saw on the Internet a picture of the salad. Prescription was not only the signature "Salad with Brussels sprouts and salmon". And so it is with me, for some reason, the fuse that decided to cook. The picture was clear and understandable only Brussels sprouts, salted red fish and egg yolk. The rest of the ingredients I invented him myself, for what is there more in fact, it was the idea of the chef, I was not very clear. In the end it was absolutely wonderful and very tasty salad. Fish goes wonderfully with the cabbage, the Apple gives a slight fragrant acidity, and eggs tenderness. Be sure to try - you will not regret.

Brussels sprouts boil in salted water for about 15-20 minutes.
Fish cut into small cubes.
Potatoes cool, cut into cubes.
Cut into cubes Apple.
Brussels sprouts remove with a slotted spoon, allow to cool, cut each bulb into 4 parts.
