Peel the zucchini. Cut into cubes.
Salt the zucchini, breaded in flour.
Fry in vegetable oil until crisp, do not forget to stir.
Finely chop the garlic.
Slice the fresh tomatoes.
Add the garlic and tomatoes to the zucchini, mix well.
To mass add grated cheese. Wait until the start to melt. Remove from the heat.
If you wish you can quickly make the sauce: 1-2 tbsp sour cream + chopped greens + a little garlic.
