Step 1

Raw potatoes well to wash, poke with a knife (so the steam can circulate inside) and put in the oven bag.
If time to spare, you can put in 10-12 minutes in the microwave (as do Americans), but you can in the oven. But in the oven the process will be much longer - 40-60 minutes.


Step 2

Pull the potatoes from the microwave, it will already be soft. Do it along the incision, but not until the end!


Step 3
