Recipe found on the Internet and a little bit reworked. It tastes good, try it.
Ingredients for Squash pie with cheese
- Zucchini - 350-400 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Squash pie with cheese
Zucchini, with the peel, grate on a coarse grater.
Cheese also grate on a coarse grater.
Mix the zucchini with flour, baking powder and grated cheese.
In another vessel, mix melted butter, eggs, salt, sugar. Beat well with a fork or whisk.
To combine two mixtures and mix thoroughly.
Put into a form. I had a cast-iron skillet, which I made baking paper.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 1 hour. Check the readiness with a wooden stick.
The pie is delicious either warm or cold.
