It's a salad from the series "one left". I love Golden gram sprouts, and my husband is not. So we have to experiment, to make him eat healthy food. This idea to combine the sprouts and cherry came spontaneously, because of this contest. But most importantly, while I was taking pictures, my husband slowly ate 2 pieluszki this salad, so the results I have achieved! Yay!

Put sprouts in a colander and rinse well several times with boiling water. To drain the water.
Onion cut into half rings, bell pepper in thin strips, cilantro finely chopped.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
