"If you wish to cook the patties without using prepared semi-finished fish fillets (without skin) is required to pass through a meat grinder, mix with bread soaked in milk, with salt and pepper, and skip one or two times through a meat grinder. After that fish mass add softened butter, mix well, make patties and roll them in the breadcrumbs. 10-15 minutes before serving to put the cutlets on a heated pan with oil, fry first one side then the other.
