- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 100 g
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 100 g
- Cream - 300 ml
- Powdered sugar - 60 g
- Berry - 100 g
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate roulade with whipped cream and berries
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add the flour and cocoa, mix well. Baking tray lay a parchment, grease with butter. Pour the batter on the parchment. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
Hot cake out onto towel, roll it up and allow to cool.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar.
The cooled roll is deployed. Spread whipped cream on top of berries and swerves again into a roll. Put into the fridge for a few hours.
Now summer is berry time, so you can use any berries. In winter, this roll is delicious with frozen berries of black currant.
