Gelatin fill with water and give to swell, then heated it in a water bath (not boiling) and filtered.
Foam stir and add prepared gelatin.
Whisk all within 15 minutes.
Poured into molds and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Decorate and serve our dessert.
