I love to cook, but the time trying to spend it a little bit. While children are young, I want (and have) all their attention to give them, well, of course, not forgetting the husband. This casserole I cook often, all very quick and easy, and the filling can be different every time. Today, vegetables that practically grew up on their beds.
Ingredients for Casserole "Vegetable"
- Bread - 12 lost.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cheese - 50 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole "Vegetable"
Onion cut into half rings, carrot sticks. Slice the champignons and the Bulgarian pepper red. The cherry tomatoes cut in half.
From bread to cut the crust.
The bread roll out with a rolling pin.
Form grease with vegetable oil, put the slices of bread overlap.
Mix the eggs with the salt, pepper and sour cream.
Add vegetable mixture, mix well.
Pour the egg-vegetable mixture into the form.
Grate cheese on a medium grater. Sprinkle with cheese casserole.
Put the halves of cherry tomatoes on top of cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
As I said, the filling can be always different, the vegetables you can substitute smoked bacon, ham, or bacon.
