Knead the dough from flour, eggs, yeast, 60 g sugar, oil, zest, salt and 150 ml warm milk. Put in a warm place for 50 minutes.
Almonds mixed with 20 gr of sugar.
Allow to boil 150 ml of milk, add the poppy seeds and give again to boil. Remove from heat, add the ground almonds and diluted in water starch.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut lengthwise into three strips. Spread poppy filling onto the middle of each strip. The edges of the dough wetted with milk and combine. The tubes spread in a spiral to form 26 cm in diameter (the bottom lay a baking paper).
