Step 1

The liver in the form of frozen cut into pieces with a thickness of 1-2 cm. Liberally sprinkle baking soda. Mix well. Let it stay like that for at least 4 hours.

After that, the liver thoroughly washed, season with salt and pepper and fry in a skillet in very hot vegetable oil without smell. Fry 1.5 minutes on each side, so she grabbed.
