To prepare this refreshing and quick to prepare soup take a bunch of green onions, a couple of fresh cucumbers and dill.
Dill and onion (the green part) finely chop.
Onion and dill rastolchem with a pestle with salt.
Cucumbers grate on a small grater.
Ginger also grate.
Onion, dill, cucumber and ginger mix and add the Bio Matrix.
Add salt to taste and put to cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
To cook a hard boiled egg.
The soup is served with boiled egg.
