Such an unusual preparation of chicken legs I was interested as soon as I saw this recipe. Spicy and slightly sour taste, elegant in appearance, this dish is not ashamed to serve to guests.
Ingredients for Chicken feet in wine sauce
- Chicken - 8 PCs
- Sweet pepper - 2 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Olives - 50 g
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Basil - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 piece
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Dry red wine - 125 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken feet in wine sauce
1. To prepare the marinade in olive oil add black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried Basil, paprika and curry, juice of 1 lemon.
2. Chicken legs put in a deep form, pour the marinade and put on 15 minutes in the oven.
3. Sweet pepper cut into cubes.
4. Onions and garlic are finely chopped.
5. Olives with garlic, peppers and onion add to chicken legs. Add in the red wine, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp dried Basil. Cover with foil and place in the oven for another 40 minutes.
