For me, summer soup is a primarily light texture, a little sweetness and ease of cooking. This soup has all the dessert ingredients and the delicious taste and aroma of strawberries.

Strawberries wash and clean the leaves.
Chop and put in blender. Beat.
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and blend again.
Our soup turned cold, add some ice. Again whisk.
Pour the soup into a deep bowl.
Finely chop the hazelnuts and walnuts and sprinkle with soup.
Add a scoop of ice cream, icing sugar and decorate with strawberries.
