Step 1

Sift the flour, starch. Add baking powder and cocoa.

Step 2

Proteins separated from the yolks. Whisk with warm water and sugar. Mix with the yolks. Mix well.

Add dry mixture, mix well. Spread the mass on a baking tray covered with parchment and greased . Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

Whip the cream Bonjour with powdered sugar. To deploy the roll, spread the filling and again roll. Put into the refrigerator for a few hours and preferably overnight.
