Ingredients for Thick milky soup with vegetables
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Assorted vegetable - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Ham - 300 g
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Thick milky soup with vegetables
Cut ham in small pieces, fry in vegetable oil.
Potatoes cut into cubes
To dissolve in cold water flour, salt
Mix with milk, pour the meat with the vegetables, cook until tender. 5 minutes add Bay leaf, pepper and nutmeg. Garnish with greens.
The dish should be thick like stew.
Instead of meat you can use fresh or dried mushrooms, pre-cook them in a small amount of water.
