Mango and apricot confiture for baking

Many recipes for sweet baking by culinary guru contain different content and rather exotic jams of fruits and berries, which is not always possible to buy in the store. I offer one of these jams, the recipe of which I saw in my LJ from maria selyanina. However, I had to replace passion fruit (not found!) apricots, to change the proportions and add lime, but I am very happy with it, than I hasten to share with you!

Step by step instruction of cooking Mango and apricot confiture for baking

Mango peel and cut into slices.

Peeled apricots blend it in a blender.

Add the zest of lime and orange.

Шаг 4

Place mango, apricot puree with the zest and half the sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, to 25*C.
Add the pectin mixed with the remaining sugar, as long as the sugar is completely dissolved.

Bring to a boil and pour 50 ml of orange-lime juice.

Again bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cook for 2-3 min.
Remove from heat, cool.

Store in the fridge in closed glass containers.
