Ingredients for Tiger prawns in sauce
- Shrimp - 700 g
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dry white wine - 5 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Tiger prawns in sauce
For the sauce finely chop the onion, tomatoes we scald with boiling water and remove the skins.
Simmer onions in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes, pour in the wine and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
To the sauce add shrimp, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, cook until the prawns turns red, and keep for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the garlic passed through the press, and the chopped herbs, remove from heat.
Served with a slice of lemon and white wine.
