Hello! The first day of the "Star of the week" I want to devote to side dishes. I offer a variety of options, which are an integral part of a complete dinner. Choose to your taste!

Beet side dish with eggplant. Beets grate on a coarse grater, add the diced eggplant and onion.
Fry in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper, for 2 minutes until done add 2 crushed garlic subjecta.
Delicious, both hot and cold.
Add canned sweet corn, salt, pepper to taste and
cook for another 5 minutes.
Our dish is ready. Dilute your evening in bright colors.
Varied their menu a bean side dish.
Take boiled or prepared beans in their own juice.
One red onion marinate, add the sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.
Crush beans with a potato masher or using a blender until smooth.
Nicely spread the crushed peas on a plate and top with the spread pickled onions and pour vegetable or olive oil.
Preparing this side dish at least once, and you will want to repeat it again.
And, of course, my favorite of all the fries!
Small new potatoes sauté in a mixture of oil and butter 1:3 until Golden brown.
Meanwhile, finely chop the dill and parsley, chop sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, Nachinaem julienne onion.
Make the syrup, melt on a hot skillet 1 tbsp sugar (no slides) and 1 tbsp water.
In the pan with the syrup, add the potatoes and prepared vegetables with greens. A good stir, season to taste with salt and pepper, leave on the heat for another 2 minutes.
Incredibly delicious, fragrant and Golden potatoes on the table. Favorite dish of my family and my friends!
