Light and delicate zucchini fritters and apples that you can eat, not fearing for the figure.

Wash the zucchini, apples, egg.
Cut half the squash, clean.
Remove the core from apples.
Grate the peeled zucchini and apples on a coarse grater.
In a bowl, add the egg, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Add just enough flour to make dough consistency of liquid sour cream. I got 3-4 tbsp.
Fry pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides on slow fire.
Serve hot with any jam. In the photo - with apricot :)
