Ingredients for Chicken dishes
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Chicken fillet - 8 PCs
- Soy sauce - 2. tbsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Ketchup - 6 tbsp.
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 150 g
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Capers - 2 tbsp
- Green olives - 20 PCs
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 tbsp
- Crumb bread - 1 Cup.
- Starch - 1/3 Stak.
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken dishes
Prepare the marinade. Chop the parsley, olives and capers.
Prepared vegetables put in a container. Add 1 tbsp of cold boiled water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 0.5 tbsp sugar. Mix.
Put chops on a plate and cover the top of each chop, prepared vegetable marinade.
Spicy marinade will give a piquancy and zest to the usual chops for us. I advise you to cook! Bon appetit!
Cut the wings into three parts. Take this dish for the middle part. Salt and pepper thoroughly and spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put in oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp vinegar. and 0, 5 tsp.chili pepper.
After 20 minutes, take the wings from the oven and brush with sauce using a brush. Place into the oven for 10 minutes. Repeat this procedure twice, with an interval of 10 minutes.
After 50 minutes we get delicious chicken wings with honey-soy glaze.
Sweet, moderately spicy wings disappear from the plate in a heartbeat.
I want to offer chicken in a tomato sauce. Chicken fillet cut across the grain strips of a thickness of 1 cm.
Salt, pepper, breaded in cornstarch and dip in beaten egg.
Breading in starch makes the chops more tender than flour.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
To make the sauce: 2 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp of tomato ketchup tender and 2 tbsp of chili ketchup. Melt it over the fire until smooth.
