Tender salmon in a delicious marinade. Try to bake the fish this way, you will not be disappointed!

Wash the currants and Basil, then Pat dry.
Onion cut into thin half-rings.
A few sprigs of currants to postpone for filing, and the rest crush the berries (I did it with a potato masher for potatoes). Add Basil and onions.
Lay out the salmon, add salt and pepper white ground pepper, drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce.
I had frozen salmon. I thawed it, but not until the end.
Give everything a good stir, cover and send to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Remove the fish from the marinade and put in a refractory form. Bake in a preheated 200*oven for 20-25 min.
Serve on lettuce, garnished with sprigs of red currants! Unforgettable taste!
