Step 1

Meat cut into thin strips.

Step 2

Now prepare the sauce-marinade. A third of the grapefruit, gently squeeze with your hands and squeeze juice on meat. Combine the liquid ingredients for the dressing - lemon juice, soy sauce, water, vegetable oil. Lightly whisk until smooth and pour the sauce over the meat, stir very carefully so that the sauce enveloped each piece. Pepper the meat to taste. Leave to marinate for an hour and a half.

Now I took another pan. Chilli, garlic and peanuts lightly fry for 3 minutes in a small amount of oil. Extract the pepper and garlic, put the fried meat.

Grapefruit purified from the film and veins, cut into small pieces and add to the pan.
