Easy, flavorful and easy to prepare soup with fresh summer vegetables and herbs!!! This soup we cook every summer for more than fifteen years. Soup really like both adults and children!

First we need potatoes wash, peel and cut into strips or cubes.
Fill a pot with one liter of water, add sliced potatoes, salt and then boil it for 7-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, the tomatoes pour boiling water for two minutes, then remove from the water and clean them with kurochku.
Peeled tomatoes cut into cubes or slices.
Add the tomatoes to the pan with cooking potatoes.
To add a little sugar to taste.
Let the soup to writing a rolling boil for 3-4 minutes, cover and turn off.
Want to add a piece of butter.
Greens can be directly added into the soup and boil, but I prefer fresh greens to boil, and add when serving.
The finished soup spill on plates, squeeze through the press in one clove of garlic. Add the cream and herbs.
To eat warm.
Note: the greens, garlic and sour cream you can immediately add to the soup when cooking, but we all have different tastes: some like more sour cream, someone herbs or garlic.
