Remember, at the Union, in catering establishments every Thursday was fish day. We will not deviate from this tradition. In my menu you will find several options of fish dishes, which I hope diversify your table and will extend the boundaries of culinary preferences.
Ingredients for Hot "Fish of the day"
- Tilapia - 1 piece
- Fish fillets - 4 PCs
- Salmon - 2 PCs
- Cherry tomatoes - 3 PCs
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Couscous - 0, 5 stack.
- Spinach - 8 PCs
- Greens - 2 Puig.
- Mustard - 4 tsp.
- Flour - 0,5 stack.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Lemon - 4 PCs
- Figure - 0,5 stack.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Hot "Fish of the day"
To prepare this dish, take the tilapia, salt, pepper, zapaniruyte in flour and fry until Golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. One red onion cut into julienne strips and primality until soft, literally 3 minutes. Add the small tomatoes, cut into wedges, and leave on the heat, gently stirring, for another 2 minutes. Seasoning 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt to taste and set aside. Do not overdo the sauce on fire! The vegetables must remain crisp.
This proportion is given for one fish fillet.
Pour on top of fish cooked vegetable sauce and serve with couscous. Delicious dinner in a matter of minutes you have on the table.
Another fish recipe – fillets of hake in green. Take the fillet, add salt, pepper, sweet mustard lubricate the entire surface of the fish. Use one carcass 1 tsp mustard.
Shred the dill, parsley and spinach. Mix.
And bread with one side of the fish fillets in the crushed greens. The carcass of the fish put on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 190 degrees for 12-15 min.
