Step 1

If you are using canned peaches, drain them in a colander and give good to drain.
Beat the butter (250 g) with sugar (100 g) white. Still whisking, add one egg yolks, add cocoa and again beat.
Add the cream and stir with a spatula, then flour mixed with baking powder and again mix well.
