This meatless (vegetarian) salad is perfect for a summer Breakfast or lunch. Easy to prepare.

The salad for 2 servings we need the fruits of sweet pepper (in my case these are pink), 2 small pickled or salted cucumber, 1 onion (I prefer a salad, it is less corrosive), any herbs to taste (best suited dill, but I only have parsley), salt, sugar and butter for filling.
Pepper cut into thin strips.
Cucumber RUB on a grater.
Onions finely shinkuem.
All mix, add salt to taste, sugar and dressed with any vegetable oil at your discretion. I liked with normal refined sunflower.
Serve with a side dish, here is perfect barley.
