This is a recipe for interesting my brew, which was the result of being in our cottage. I decided to collect all that has now grown that to bribe and to cook. It turned out very nice and tasty.

Staying at the cottage, we always brew tea with currant leaf, what is it flavorful, You probably all know.
So I decided to cook kvass decoction of black currant leaf and ginger.
Washed the leaves and cleaned the ginger.
The bread is sliced finely and dried in the pan.
Also for flavor and color I decided to add a handful of honeysuckle.
Sliced ginger and currant leaf I filled it with boiling water and let steep for half an hour.
Honeysuckle filled separately in small amount of boiling water and crushed berries, the juice is added to the infusion of currants and ginger.
Added dried bread.
Poured yeast SAF - Levure.
When adding the yeast the infusion should be 36-38 degrees.
Covered and left to vyhazhivanie my kvass for 4 days.
After 4 days, strained and poured into a bottle, put in the fridge.
All sliced products are mixed, and I made this fun mix. Put in the fridge.
When serving, we put as much as whom it is necessary, pour kvass, sprinkle with dill and add sour cream.
You can salt them a bit, but it is optional.
In the brew when serving I add a little sugar to taste.
The brew was very tasty and flavorful, and even with such a beautiful pink color.
Yeast SAF -Levure did not disappoint.
