Baked a cake, when it started rewarewa time, but only now "got" hands, to execute the recipe. Pie of the fast, turns out tender with a pleasant tartness of rhubarb.

Prepare all the products
Rhubarb peel, quite finely cut
Soft margarine whipped with sugar and vanilla.
Continuing to whisk, add one 3 eggs.
Then gradually we pour the flour with the baking powder, whisk until smooth dough.
Turn on the oven at 200*C.
The dough is put into the form, covered with baking paper or greased and sprinkled with semolina (I have a form 26 cm).
On top of the dough spread chopped rhubarb.
In curd, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 egg, mix until smooth.
Here I did a stupid thing, following the recipe: put the rhubarb curd and the top is covered with poppy seeds.
I had the Mac add in the curd, otherwise the poppy top turns dry. So mark for yourself in the recipe I made.
Bake the cake at 180*C for 45-50 minutes.
Take out of oven and pour icing sugar dissolved in lemon juice or water.
Optionally, you can decorate.
The cooled cake cut into pieces...
and entertained your loved ones.
