Step 1

Produkty, we need + one egg for lubrication.

Step 2

In a bowl combine milk and olive oil, add sugar, salt and soda.Mix well until dissolved. Add the flour in parts and knead the dough until the dough become soft (as the Turks say, like the earlobe). I have roughly did it take 400 grams of flour the Dough should not be tight, but should be soft and tender. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes (not in fridge).
