Step 1

The Central part of the idea is the layout of the semi-circles in 3 layers.They of course can be increased as will fit the pan.
Each layer consists of different number of semi-circles:
1st of 3 semi-circles,
2nd of 5 semicircles,
3-random number of semi-circles...

Each semicircle in the Central part I smeared softened SL.butter and sprinkled with sugar.
On the outside all parts are lubricated with beaten egg+ a little water to all parts of the outer circle was sealed.And on the last layer,the lubrication, the egg will give the product an appetizing appearance.
